Well Jari,

we are now living on Vancouver Island in a small town called Black Creek British Columbia...

Have been here since November after the wood industry took a turn for the worst and the new guy on the block did not have the same personality I did... so I got kinda paid to go away...

So, we are focusing on the photography business, living in our 32' RV and have a river on one side, a marina on the other, and the ocean out our front window..... bald eagles, seals, blue herons, oh my!!!!

Hope things get better for you in 2009 there Skam.

Although when I sit here in White Winter Wonderland and it's -30 with a -45 wind chill for what seems like weeks on end, that flowing river, unfrozen ocean and beautiful green BC scenery sounds a bit like paradise to me.

So, why don't you come to Manitoba?  OK just jokin' but it's cheap to live here.Our economy is slow and steady but still not going down.... and we do have trees.... and some scenery.

Or were you thinkin' of becomin' a RB roadie?

Sorry dude, though my folks live there, my Grandma lives there, many aunts/uncles/cousins live there, I cannot return.... conditions for my probation.... when I moved out west in 2005, I drove through Manitoba and made the comment that I never saw any Buffalo(though they symbol used to be on their license plates) and was quickly arrested, tarred and furred (buffalo fur) and was escorted out of the province... who would have thunk?

Am I thinking of becomin' a RB roadie? I would love too, as I have many tattoos and am extremely fit and good looking... but I do not have a pot belly or a large belt buckle and could not possible be a roadie without the essentials of the job....

Whoops that's too many questions.... sorry this is not a question... you were just testing me....

we have just arrived as of late yesterday on the southern part of Vancouver Island... between Sooke and VIctoria.... it was quite the dangerous trip pulling the RV through the snow... apparently is never snows here... ya, right...

Well Funster, we simply pumped our much thicker northern blood out of our system, and pumped in prethinned reptile blood so we would not over heat and die and untimely death.... that and we undid the top button on your shirts and removed our sweater vests....

Well Jariwelistening, the answer is simple.... since Georg has been wearing his black cowboy shirt with sleeves and collar.... so, 12 years is the skamswer....

I do follow hockey, but don't seem to understand it... for one thing, they don't play any Rhino Bucket?, and with my failing eyesight I lose track of the puck...so I say "Puck it" and don't watch...
